How do I commission a piece?

Initial Inquiry: Send me a brief description of what you’re looking for (e.g., size, style, themes, what you like from my portfolio) and your ideal timeline.
Consultation Call: If I can accommodate your request, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your vision, budget, and preferred materials. I’ll then provide a quote and add you to my project calendar.
Securing Your Spot: A 30% deposit is required within one week of the consultation to officially start the process.

Do you offer digital-only works or physical originals?

I only create original, one-of-a-kind physical artworks on gesso board.
The final piece can be framed (we will discuss choices, included in price) or unframed with a credit discount applied.
I ship directly to you—no digital-only options are available.

Can I customize the themes and materials?

Absolutely! The more details you share, the more personal the final piece becomes.
Suggest colors, symbols, or cultural references.
Provide personal materials or photographs to incorporate (note: this will add time).
I may even request photos of your space to ensure the artwork complements your environment.

What about pricing?

Minimum Price: $1,500 for a basic 16" x 20" piece on gesso board.
Custom Quotes: Prices vary based on size, complexity, framing, materials, and any additional creative services.
Annual Limit: I accept up to 8 commissions per year to ensure each project gets the attention it deserves.

Will I see a preview before it’s finished?

Digital Moodboard: You’ll receive a moodboard with color palettes, inspiration images, themes, and keywords. This is your chance to provide feedback before I begin the final artwork. While I don’t usually offer detailed sketches, the moodboard ensures we’re on the same page.
▸ I will also send you progress updates and ask for feedback as I complete each stage.

Before shipping, a final photo will be emailed for review.

What if there are delays or issues?

I’ll communicate any unexpected delays promptly. As a one-woman studio, I’m not responsible for circumstances beyond my control (e.g., shipping delays, acts of nature). Rest assured, I’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
